20 academic staff and hospitality professionals received recognition as hotel room manager trainees. Organised by the Department of Tourism Development, Ministry of Primary Resources and Tourism, the program ended at a hotel in the capital, 8th November afternoon.

The certificates were presented by Dayang Hajah Tutiaty binti Haji Abdul Wahab, Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Primary Resources and Tourism. The training aimed to enhance the participants' ability in meeting the requirements of the ASEAN Mutual Recognition Arrangement on Tourism Professionals, as well as ensuring that hotel room management service standards are achieved.
